We are looking to appoint a Process Assurance Advisor. The role is responsible for ensuring we pay our suppliers for goods purchased and for credit control management of miscellaneous income across key STS customers. The purpose is to ensure all supplier invoices are paid to the agreed payment terms, with the end goal of 95% of supplier payments within 60 days and timely collection of invoices from key external customers.
You'll be based at our Severn Trent Centre in Coventry, and we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week.

We’re looking for a candidate who has experience in an accounts payable/receivable team and worked in Billing or Credit Control. Awareness of general accounting procedures, taxation, accruals, and VAT procedures would be beneficial. The right skills and experience are important, but if you have the right character, positivity, and a caring attitude we want to talk to you too.
