EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

We are looking to appoint a Process Assurance Advisor. The role is responsible for ensuring we pay our suppliers for goods purchased and for credit control management of miscellaneous income across key STS customers. The purpose is to ensure all supplier invoices are paid to the agreed payment terms, with the end goal of 95% of supplier payments within 60 days and timely collection of invoices from key external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Process invoices (both electronic and paper) against Purchase Orders and GRNs.
  • Use initiative to achieve targeted results while providing excellent customer service.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks within the same team and other teams as required. Identify root causes for non-payment of invoices.
  • Communicate best practice to suppliers and internal users to prevent issues from occurring.
Role details

You'll be based at our Severn Trent Centre in Coventry, and we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week.

Awareness of general accounting procedures, taxation, accruals, and VAT procedures would be beneficial.
