Exciting opportunity for a Process and Training Specialist to join this global Energy company.

This is an exciting time to join this world-leading Energy company as it evolves from a traditional Oil & Gas enterprise into a future-focused Energy leader. This transformation includes the establishment of a highly successful new Power Trading desk within the Energy Trading team and ventures into cutting-edge solutions that address the evolving demands of the Energy sector. These initiatives include advanced Gas infrastructure, LNG technology, effective Energy Storage systems and Green Energy solutions. These innovations create opportunities for exceptionally talented individuals to contribute to the success of this evolution, working alongside some of the industry’s top professionals and leveraging the very latest technology.

About The Role:

* Lead and deliver process and learning strategies as part of a wider change programme, across organisational boundaries and geographies.

* Perform a detailed change impact assessment to understand current state vs future design.

* Develop and deliver process documentation and blended learning solutions to accelerate the learning and promote adoption.

* Own process documentation including work instructions and organisation design for area of responsibility, ensuring updates are made and deployed to users.

* Develop a strong network of stakeholders within area of responsibility, including Project, IT, Compliance Team, Change Agents, Senior Business Sponsors.

Your Background Needs To Include:

* Background within learning, training and/or change communications essential.

* Minimum 5 years of experience working with a global blue-chip organisation or leading consultancy.

* Experience utilising effective & appropriate methods of delivery, including AI and digital tools (Visio, Articulate 360, Synthesia, WalkMe & another Knowledge Management Tools).

* Focus on hands-on delivery, takes ownership of work.

* Degree level education essential.

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
