About The Role:

• Lead and deliver process and learning strategies as part of a wider change programme, across organisational boundaries and geographies.
• Perform detailed change impact assessments to understand current vs future states.
• Develop and deliver process documentation and blended learning solutions to accelerate adoption.
• Own process documentation, including work instructions and organisation design for your area of responsibility, ensuring updates are made and deployed to users.
• Build a network of stakeholders within your area, including Project, IT, Compliance, Change Agents, and Senior Business Sponsors.
• Background in learning, training, and/or change communications is essential.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with a global blue-chip organisation or leading consultancy.
• Experience with effective delivery methods, including AI and digital tools (Visio, Articulate 360, Synthesia, WalkMe, and other Knowledge Management Tools).
• Focus on hands-on delivery, ownership of work, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work within a large, dispersed project team in a multicultural environment.
• Self-starter, logical thinker, quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
