We’re looking for a Process Analyst to play a key role in optimising our business processes, reducing complexity, and driving efficiency across the organisation. As part of our newly established Operational Centre of Excellence, you will work on high-impact projects, helping to redesign and improve critical operational processes. Working closely with business stakeholders, automation teams, and strategic partners, you’ll identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and risk reduction, ensuring process changes align with our business strategy.
This will be a two stage interview process consisting of competency based questions and a task based presentation.
The role is based in our Bristol head office, BS1 5HL. This role is permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. For this role we offer a hybrid flexible working pattern, with a requirement for you to be in the office 2-3 days a week.
