Procedure Pack Sales Manager - UKIR

38.5 hours per week.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Procedure Pack Sales Manager to expand our footprint across the UK and Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, supportive team within a purpose-driven organisation that's committed to improving outcomes in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth of Kimal's custom procedure pack portfolio across hospitals in the UK and Ireland.
  • Build strong relationships with procurement professionals, clinical leads, and key decision-makers in NHS Trusts, private hospitals, and HSE institutions.
  • Lead product discussions and clinical trials, demonstrating pack benefits aligned with clinical efficiency and patient safety.
  • Identify new opportunities, convert leads, and grow existing accounts to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Kimal's internal teams including clinical, commercial, and production to develop tailored solutions.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline reporting via Kimal's CRM system.

About You:

  • Strong track record in medical device or consumable sales, ideally with experience in procedure packs or theatre-based solutions.
  • Solid understanding of NHS and/or HSE procurement processes.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing a field-based role with regular travel.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility for occasional overnight stays.
  • Background in clinical sales or experience working in or alongside theatres or clinical teams.
  • Experience customising procedure packs and working with end users to optimise configuration.
  • Experience of first line sales management within national or regional team structures
