Job summary

Sideglobal is seeking a Procedural Voice Designer to shape interactive dialogue for games and digital entertainment. You will blend creative direction with AI technologies to produce high-quality voice performances using TTS/STS platforms.

You will collaborate with Directors, Narrative Designers, Production, Localization and clients to transform scripts into believable performances, while advancing scalable voice production workflows and maintaining Sideglobal’s creative standards across the

Qualifications

• Experience in game audio, dialogue production or related field.
• Understanding of modern synthetic voice tech (TTS/STS).
• Strong grasp of dialogue performance, pacing and storytelling.
• Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design expressive AI-generated voice performances for games and interactive media.
• Develop voice briefs, vocal direction and prompting strategies for AI voice generation.
• Interpret scripts and context to align performances with character personality and delivery style.
• Experiment with tone, narration techniques, and prompt structures to maximise quality.
• Collaborate with Audio Directors to refine performances through iterations.
• Generate voice content using TTS and STS technologies.
• Build and maintain internal voice libraries and workflows.
• Produce multiple variations for creative review.
• Support multilingual voice generation across languages.
