Job Description:

• Position: Problem Solving Coordinator in Saint Asaph, paying £15.96 per hour (Ref: 361510)
• Type: Full-time, temporary

The role involves providing information, advice, and guidance on structured problem-solving and crime prevention initiatives. The coordinator will support force objectives to minimize crime, disorder, and antisocial behavior.

Responsibilities include supporting crime reduction plan owners and Tactical Advisors in applying OSARA (Objective, Scanning, Assessment, Response, and Evaluation) and related tools, as well as conducting research to assist in the analysis and development of crime prevention strategies.

The role also requires updating and maintaining data to quantify the benefits of crime reduction activities and to inform performance reporting in accordance with legislative and force requirements.
