Job summary

Ministry of Justice is recruiting a Programme Facilitator to deliver evidence-based Accredited Programmes and Structured Interventions to people on probation. You will lead group and individual sessions, travel regionally, and work in the evenings to support desistance and pro-social outcomes.

The role includes liaising with Probation Practitioners, courts, and external stakeholders, with extensive training and a 6-month probationary period. Hybrid working is offered where possible within the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Accredited Programmes and Structured Interventions.
• Ability to work in evenings and occasional weekends.
• Willingness to travel to different locations within a large regional area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rehabilitation interventions to reduce re-offending and support desistance.
• Lead groupwork and one-to-one sessions with probation clients.
• Monitor progress, maintain records, and liaise with probation staff and courts.
