Le poste est entièrement à distance, mais une option de bureau est également proposée. Le candidat doit être un avocat qualifié avec des compétences en gestion de cas complexes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gérer l'ensemble des transactions associées aux cas de succession.
• Rédiger des documents juridiques et prendre des décisions appropriées.
• Utiliser et maintenir le système de gestion des cas.

Probate Case Manager - £25k-£28k DOE, fully remote working but can offer office based if wanted. Location Leicester.

Required experience:

• Probate Fee Earner with at least 2 years PQE in probate and estate administration, should be confident in handling all aspects of associated transactions.
• Experience of running a probate caseload.
• Utilise and maintain case management system.
• Ability to be confident working independently and efficiently as you will be dealing with high value and quite complex cases.
• Conveyancing experience, sales of properties, management of the client's estate.
• Confident drafting legal documents, statements and decision making.
• Understand and adopt the Company’s values and behaviours.

My client, a successful estate planning team of Legal experts are looking for a Probate Case Manager to join an expanding team. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of probate casework experience but must also be a qualified solicitor.
