Job summary

A leading estate planning team in the UK is seeking a qualified Probate Case Manager to join their growing team. This fully remote position requires a professional with a minimum of 2 years experience in probate work, capable of managing high-value, complex cases. As a Probate Case Manager, you will be responsible for all transactional aspects and will work both independently and collaboratively within the firm.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years PQE in probate and estate administration.
• Experience running a probate caseload.
• Ability to manage complex cases confidently.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of probate transactions independently.
• Utilize and maintain case management system.
• Draft legal documents and statements as required.

Probate Case Manager - £25k-£28k DOE, fully remote working but can offer office based if wanted. Location Leicester.

Required experience:

• Probate Fee Earner with at least 2 years PQE in probate and estate administration, should be confident in handling all aspects of associated transactions.
• Experience of running a probate caseload.
• Utilise and maintain case management system.
• Ability to be confident working independently and efficiently as you will be dealing with high value and quite complex cases.
• Conveyancing experience, sales of properties, management of the client's estate.
• Confident drafting legal documents, statements and decision making.
• Understand and adopt the Company’s values and behaviours.

My client, a successful estate planning team of Legal experts are looking for a Probate Case Manager to join an expanding team. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of probate casework experience but must also be a qualified solicitor.
