As a Proactive Talent Sourcer - German speaker, you’ll be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier candidates to meet client’s hiring needs. Using your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate outreach techniques, you’ll search various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates who align with our client’s company values and requirements.

Key Accountabilities

What you'll be doing:

  • Engaging with Recruiters and Hiring Managers (as directed) to take detailed briefs on role requirements, contributing knowledge and best practice to add value to discussions.
  • Proactively sourcing candidates utilizing a broad range of channels and techniques (e.g. search engines, job board databases, social networking sites).
  • Developing own network of sector-specific candidates and utilising networking skills to identify and engage with talented candidates (e.g. referrals, cold-calling).
  • Managing job board advertising or client career-site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate and positioned for maximum effectiveness.
  • Engaging, screening and qualifying candidates to determine suitability and obtain required information (e.g. availability, permission to represent) in order to create long-lists.
  • Ensuring regular communication with Client Services team to understand ongoing requirements and to share progress of activity.
  • Maintaining agreed service levels and targets.
  • Participating and contributing within team meetings.
Skills & Experience

What you need to have to be successful:

  • Fluency in English and German both written and spoken is a must.
  • Experience in searching for candidates using innovative tools and methods.
  • Experience in working in multinational environment.
  • Experience in sourcing for German market
  • Extensive communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience of using direct sourcing techniques.
