Qualifications

• Experience in a school caretaking or facilities role.
• Strong DIY and maintenance capability.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

• Reliable, organized and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance, security and upkeep of school premises.
• Carry out minor repairs and routine maintenance.
• Keep environment clean, safe and fully operational.
• Liaise with external contractors and supervise works.
• Support events with room setup and site logistics.
• Perform regular health and safety checks and report issues.
