Job summary

Browne is seeking a proactive Planner to coordinate works from planning through to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and high standards in the water and civil engineering sectors. You will manage permits, liaise with clients, and drive performance to meet contractual SLAs.

Based in the UK, this role focuses on coordinating teams, leveraging Street Manager or Aurora systems, and maintaining safe, efficient operations across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Previous planning experience, preferably within utilities or street works.
• Knowledge of Street Manager and/or Aurora systems.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively.
• Comfort working with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Understanding of permits, street works requirements or traffic management.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities
