Job summary

Acorn Insurance in the United Kingdom is seeking a Fraud Claims Investigator to manage a portfolio of suspect motor insurance claims from cradle to grave. You will oversee investigations, assess intelligence, and collaborate with service providers to achieve the correct case outcomes while upholding Treating Customers Fairly and FCA guidelines.

The role is based in Sevenoaks with hybrid working, 37.5 hours per week, and a salary of £26,350 to £34,800 plus up to £2,000 performance bonus per annum

Qualifications

• Experience managing investigations and an ability to interpret intelligence for case strategy.
• Strong understanding of indemnity, liability, and first party claims handling.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet SLAs.
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of GDPR and FCA compliance requirements.
