Zusammenfassung

Scstaffandconsult is recruiting a Legal PA for a permanent role in the Private Client team of a leading law firm in London. You will be ahead of requests, manage complex diaries, client relationships and project coordination, with involvement in pitches, billing and matter management.

You will work closely with Partners and Fee Earners, ensure high service delivery, support events, and help streamline processes.

Qualifikationen

• Strong PA experience
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Experience using practice management systems

Aufgaben

• Managing complex diaries, meetings and travel
• Building relationships with clients and acting as a key point of contact
• Supporting client projects, pitches, presentations and events
• Billing, expenses, time recording and financial reporting
• Matter opening, engagement letters and risk processes
• Co-ordinating work across the wider support team
• Spotting opportunities to improve processes and service delivery
