Village Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to act as a reliable problem-solver across the property. You will address guest room faults quickly, run routine Leisure Club checks, and ensure public areas look immaculate and function perfectly.

The role emphasizes energy, attitude, and proactive effort. Training and opportunities for growth are provided in a supportive team environment, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Formación

• Previous maintenance experience preferred but not essential; attitude and energy matter most.
• Handy with a toolbox and good with people.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to room faults and fix issues promptly to avoid guest disruption.
• Perform routine checks in the Leisure Club to keep facilities operating smoothly.
• Maintain cleanliness and functioning of public areas, including lobbies, Pub & Grill, and meeting spaces.
• Work closely with other departments to support hotel operations.
