Park Plaza Westminster Bridge is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician to oversee the hotel’s planned maintenance program and ensure equipment is in optimal condition for guest comfort.

The role emphasizes a professional guest-facing approach, prompt handling of maintenance requests, and adherence to Park Plaza values. Prior experience as a Shift Engineer or Assistant Engineer in similar settings is preferred, with a focus on delivering excellent hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Shift Engineer or Assistant Engineer in a hotel or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the planned preventative maintenance of the hotel.
• Carry out routine spot checks of equipment.
• Promote a helpful and professional image to guests and other team members by responding with full and positive cooperation to requests received.
• Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude.
