Job summary

Ministry of Justice is seeking a Head of Proactive Cyber Security (G6) for a 12-month hybrid contract. The role will establish the new proactive security capability, define governance and risk reduction initiatives, and lead across a large enterprise technology estate.

Essential experience includes SC clearance, leadership of proactive cyber security functions, and strong cloud security knowledge (Azure, AWS, M365).

Qualifications

• Active SC Clearance is essential.
• Proven leadership of proactive cyber security functions in large enterprises.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management, attack surface management and cyber risk reduction.

Responsibilities

• Lead establishment of MOJ's Proactive Cyber Security capability and operating model.
• Reduce material cyber and technology risk across critical systems.
• Improve visibility and accountability for cyber risk across portfolios and enterprise.
