Foundation Recruitment in Warrington is seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial assets across the Warrington and Bolton area. This hands-on role focuses on maintenance, compliance and presenting buildings to a high standard, while building strong relationships with occupiers, contractors and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and commercially aware, with strong contractor management and the ability to take ownership to resolve

Qualificações

• Experience as Building Manager, Facilities Manager, or Property Manager in a commercial property environment.
• Proactive, organised and commercially aware with strong contractor management.
• Excellent communication with occupiers, contractors and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Taking day-to-day responsibility for the management and smooth operation of a portfolio of commercial properties.
• Building positive relationships with occupiers and acting as a key point of contact.
• Managing contractors and service partners, ensuring works and services are delivered to the required standards.
• Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance and ensuring issues are dealt with promptly.
• Monitoring health & safety, statutory compliance and building-related documentation.
• Supporting service charge budgeting and monitoring expenditure.
• Carrying out regular inspections and ensuring the buildings are maintained and presented to a high standard.
• Coordinating contractors, repairs, projects and improvement works.
• Responding to occupier queries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
• Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to continually improve the buildings and occupier experience.
