Location: Jefferson Golf Course; 7900 Route 29, Falls Church, VA 22042

Hours: Shift times vary by season

Salary: $13.16 per hour

Overview: Jefferson Golf Course is seeking a Pro Shop/Mini Golf Attendant. Under the supervision of the manager on duty, the pro shop/mini golf attendant performs various tasks, including pro shop and mini golf sales, some snack bar duties, and basic custodial duties.

Duties:

  • Performing sale transactions for customers in the clubhouse operation and mini golf operation
  • Provides exceptional customer service and creates a comfortable and inviting experience for customers
  • Performs basic food service duties in the snack bar
  • Performs basic custodial duties at the clubhouse and mini golf course

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Basic math skills
  • Must be available to work a mix of weekday and weekend/holiday shifts

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to multi-task during high traffic operating hours
  • Ability to interact with the public professionally and displays a positive image
  • Ability to work well with others, including staff, volunteers, and management in a team setting

Note: This position may not exceed 900 hours per calendar year. Individuals in these positions are not eligible to earn leave or receive holiday pay.
