As Regional Sales Manager, you will adopt a strategic and proactive approach to maximise revenue streams for Glendola businesses. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive sales activities and clear communication. Your responsibilities include writing and executing annual sales plans and achieving budgeted targets across all departments, including function spaces, food & beverage, and coffee trade accounts.
You will also support the Pro-Active Sales Manager based in Scotland, contributing to cross-regional initiatives and maintaining a consistent sales strategy and delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of outward-bound, proactive sales experience with demonstrable results.
Working Schedule: Primarily Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
