Role: Regional Sales Manager
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will adopt a strategic and proactive approach to maximize all revenue streams for Glendola businesses. Your responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders for cohesive sales activities, developing and executing annual sales plans, and achieving budgeted targets across all departments, including function spaces, food & beverage, and coffee trade accounts.
You will also support the Pro-Active Sales Manager based in Scotland, contributing to cross-regional initiatives and ensuring a consistent sales strategy and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive outreach, local networking, and collaboration with venue teams. Identify new business opportunities while monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Develop Key Accounts: Build strong relationships with local businesses, corporate clients, event planners, and hospitality partners to maximize group bookings and private events.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Create and implement annual sales plans tailored to each venue, aligning with overall business goals.
- Market Representation: Act as a brand ambassador across London, representing Glendola venues at events and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use tools like Design My Night to monitor performance, report on KPIs, and support strategy with actionable insights.
- Organization & Self-Motivation: Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
You should have a proven track record of at least 3 years in outward-bound, proactive sales with demonstrable results.
Working Schedule:
The role is primarily Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
