Responsibilities

• Conducting physical therapy assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Providing physical therapy interventions to patients in a home-based setting
• Documenting patient progress, treatment, and outcomes
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care
  
  

Compensation And Benefits

• Pay up to $85.00 per regular visit
• Start of cares and reevaluations are paid at a higher rate
• Considered full-time therapists at 25 visits/week

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current physical therapy license issued by the state of Texas and a current CPR certificate
