Job summary

WSP, a global engineering and professional services firm, is seeking a PAM specialist to help shape and implement our privileged access security program across diverse environments. You will work with IAM concepts, configure identity tools, and ensure system access is controlled and auditable.

You will collaborate with IT, security, and operational teams, perform regular access reviews, and respond to incidents.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT security or related field.
5+ years in IT security with at least 2 years in PAM.
Experience provisioning accounts using AD Users and Computers, PowerShell, M365, Entra ID, and Windows Server tools.
Hands-on with PAM tools such as Delinea, CyberArk, BeyondTrust or similar.

Responsibilities

Support the design and execution of PAM strategies and policies.
Implement and maintain PAM tools ensuring availability, scalability and security.
Onboard, maintain, and monitor privileged accounts across systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PAM solutions into IT systems.
Perform access reviews, audits, and reporting to meet compliance.
Identify vulnerabilities or misconfigurations in privileged accounts.
Create and maintain PAM documentation.
Train end-users on PAM best practices and tool usage.
Assist incident response related to privileged account abuse or compromise.
Stay informed on PAM industry trends and propose upgrades.
Meet SLA targets and participate in on-call rotation.
