Job summary

Experis is seeking an experienced PAM Engineer (Windows Specialist) to design, implement and optimize Privileged Access Management across a complex enterprise. You will secure Windows-based administrator and service accounts and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes Windows Server, Active Directory, IAM, MFA, and automation with PowerShell. Hybrid work arrangement requires 2/3 days onsite per week in Wokingham and active SC clearance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing, implementing and supporting PAM solutions in Windows environments.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, IAM, and Azure AD integration.
• Experience with MFA, privileged account governance and secure credential management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise PAM solutions.
• Onboard privileged accounts, admin credentials and service accounts into PAM platforms.
• Configure password vaulting, rotations, workflows and session monitoring.
• Administer PAM policies in line with security and compliance requirements.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching and ongoing maintenance.
