You will handle high-quality criminal defence and professional regulatory work, running your own caseload with supervision and advising a privately funded client base of professionals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in criminal regulatory work.
• Experience with police investigations and defending prosecutions.
• Knowledge of Criminal Procedure Rules.
• Commercial understanding of private criminal practice.
• Demonstrable ability to run a caseload with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handle criminal defence and professional regulatory/disciplinary matters.
• Advise clients on police investigations and defend prosecutions.
• Run your own caseload and progress matters with supervision.
• Advise professional clients on private instructions.
• Collaborate with the team and report to the managing partner.
• Contribute to development through marketing and business development.
• Develop your profile both during and outside of working hours.
