Our client is looking for a Private Tax Manager to join its personal tax team. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of private clients including high-net-worth individuals and trusts, provide expert tax advice, and lead junior team members in a collaborative environment.
Manage a portfolio of private clients, including trusts and estates.
Deliver specialist advice on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, income tax, and personal allowances.
Work closely with partners and managers on complex tax assignments.
Provide coaching, support, and performance management for junior staff.
Identify tax planning opportunities and cross-sell services.
Ensure compliance with relevant tax legislation and internal standards.
CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA qualified with at least three years post-qualification experience in private client tax.
Strong technical expertise in inheritance tax, capital gains tax, trusts, and personal tax planning.
Experience managing people and delivering client-focused service.
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
