The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of private clients including high-net-worth individuals and trusts, provide expert tax advice, and lead junior team members in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of private clients, including trusts and estates.
  • Deliver specialist advice on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, income tax, and personal allowances.
  • Work closely with partners and managers on complex tax assignments.
  • Provide coaching, support, and performance management for junior staff.
  • Identify tax planning opportunities and cross-sell services.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant tax legislation and internal standards.
Candidate Requirements
  • CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA qualified with at least three years post-qualification experience in private client tax.
  • Strong technical expertise in inheritance tax, capital gains tax, trusts, and personal tax planning.
  • Experience managing people and delivering client-focused service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
