Job description

Fauna & Flora is seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Private Sector Partnerships Manager to play a key role in the growth of our private sector fundraising function. This role is primarily focused on managing and growing a portfolio of existing corporate partnerships across a range of sectors, building long-term relationships that deliver lasting value for both partners and Fauna & Flora. Working closely with colleagues across fundraising, conservation programmes and communications, you will deliver exceptional stewardship, identify new opportunities for partnership growth and help maximise the impact of corporate support.

As part of a growing team, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of private sector engagement at Fauna & Flora. You will work with senior stakeholders across a wide range of sectors, contributing to the delivery of our private sector engagement strategy and supporting conservation programmes in more than 40 countries worldwide.

You will have significant experience managing and developing high value corporate partnerships, or similar, with examples of meeting, growing or exceeding targets. You will be able to identify and deliver strategic opportunities for deepening partner engagement as well as engaging confidently with internal and external senior stakeholders.

In return, we offer the opportunity to be part of a pioneering conservation organisation with a 120-year heritage and an ambitious vision for the future. You will join a passionate and collaborative team committed to protecting nature and supporting local conservation partners around the world.

This is a unique opportunity to help secure the partnerships and funding needed to deliver lasting conservation impact at scale, while contributing to an organisation at the forefront of global efforts to protect species, habitats and ecosystems.

We offer a generous pension contribution, attractive annual leave allowance, life insurance and salary exchange schemes.

Our offices are located in The David Attenborough Building in central Cambridge, just a few minutes' walk from glorious historic buildings and museums, the picturesque River Cam, the central market and shopping centre and a host of cafés and restaurants.
