A leading law firm in the North East is looking for a qualified lawyer with experience in rural real estate to join their Agriculture, Farms and Estates team. The role involves advising clients on agricultural and sporting estates, land sales for development, and green energy projects. Candidates should have excellent drafting skills and at least 3 years of post-admission experience. The firm offers a flexible benefits package and supports diversity and inclusion.
You\'ll work closely with lawyers in the wider Real Estate and Private Client teams, providing a broad range of real estate advice to clients with rural property.

With over 200 years\' experience, we build long term relationships with our clients based on trust and a deep understanding of countryside issues. Led by Partner Simon Kirkup, our growing team has an exciting opportunity for a lawyer to join us in Newcastle, advising corporate and charitable bodies as well as significant private estates.
