Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is seeking a Private Property Lawyer to join a forward-thinking firm with busy residential conveyancing caseloads. You will manage your own files in a deadline-driven environment from offices in Shrewsbury, Telford and Wolverhampton.

You will handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions while complying with the Solicitors Code of Conduct and Money Laundering Regulations.

Competenze

• Residential conveyancing experience is essential.
• Able to work independently under pressure.
• Strong file management and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of Solicitors Code of Conduct and Money Laundering Regulations.
• Experience in Landlord and Tenant matters preferred but not essential.

Mansioni

My client is a forward-thinking firm of solicitors with offices in Shrewsbury, Telford, and Wolverhampton. They are looking for a Private Property Lawyer who enjoys working in a busy, deadline driven environment.

Job Purpose

You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• New build transactions
• Transfers of equity

Skills and experience

• Solid technical knowledge of residential conveyancing processes
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively
• Excellent organisational and written communication skills
• Confidence using IT systems, including case management software and Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and strong file management abilities
• Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of the Solicitors Code of Conduct in respect of referrals and of the Money Laundering Regulations.
• Experience of Landlord and Tenant matters and leasehold extension is preferred but not essential
