Qualifications

• Be England and Wales qualified for NQ–3 PQE.
• Generalist property experience; landed estates or rural property desirable.
• Autonomous, team player with strong organisational skills.
• Confident in verbal and written communication with diverse clients.
• Willing to go the extra mile and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to clients succinctly, practically and persuasively.
• Manage a substantial workload with appropriate supervision.
• Draft accurately using precedents and a commercial research approach.
• Support Partners in business development to grow the department’s client base.
• Contribute to divisional knowledge and know-how initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SRA Standards and Regulations.
