Priory Hospital Altrincham invites applications for a Sessional Therapist to join our Allied Health Professionals and Psychology team. This is a self-employed, bank/ sessional role offering flexibility to align with the centre’s needs and your availability.

You’ll provide evidence-based psychological interventions (CBT, EMDR, integrative approaches) to a complex caseload, with referrals provided to support steady patient flow and professional autonomy.

Qualifications

• HCPC/UKCP/BABCP/BACP/NCPS/BPC accreditation required.
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
• Accreditation expected within 12 months where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored, formulation-driven psychological interventions.
• Manage a complex clinical caseload.
• Maintain concise clinical notes and participate in governance meetings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care.
