Priory Hospital Altrincham is seeking a Visiting Consultant Psychiatrist to join on a sessional basis as an independent private practice partner. You will lead patient care with supported pathways into private practice and earnings via self-employment, while benefiting from Priory’s national brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience at Consultant level in a substantive UK public sector role.
• Strong understanding of Clinical Governance and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat inpatient and outpatient population.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, nurses and healthcare staff.
• Engage in quality improvement and governance activities.
