About the Role:

You'll be supporting adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including complex trauma, personality disorders, substance misuse, dual diagnosis, and forensic histories. The focus is on trauma-informed, person-centred support—whether in inpatient settings, step-down units, community teams, or rehabilitation services.

You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, advocating for clients’ rights, promoting recovery-focused care, and contributing to safeguarding, risk management, and care planning.
