Key Responsibilities:

• Handle new and renewal business processes, from quotations to placement.
• Prepare detailed presentations for clients and underwriters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
• Process and issue Mid-Term Adjustments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and process renewals while obtaining claims listings and experiences.
• Ensure all instructions and requirements are handled promptly and accurately.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Private Medical Account Handler with a keen interest in career growth.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
• Progress towards Cert CII qualification is desirable, with full funding and support provided.
• Proficiency in handling insurance documentation and presentations.
