Private Markets Support (Administer) Credit & Property

About the role

In your role as Private Markets Support - Private Markets Group (Credit & Property) you will make a meaningful and valued contribution from the outset.

This role will provide a great opportunity tosupport a range of business and administrative activities that are designed to support the day-to-day running of the three teams that manage the credit and property side within PMG.

The successful candidate will work alongside two dedicated PAs in supporting a pool of people working at all levels within the credit and property teams.

What you will be doing

As a trusted part of the Private Markets, you will:

  • Coordinate key governance meetings, including agenda planning, minute taking, and action tracking using ClickUp
  • Manage deal and asset management budgets, including forecasting, monitoring spend, and raising purchase orders
  • Liaise with internal teams on supplier setup, new transactions, and deal closure processes
  • Support contract tenders and renewals with third-party providers
  • Assist with valuation processes and asset management administration
  • Maintain reporting systems (DealCloud and ClickUp) and produce regular MI reports
  • Update and manage the team Pitchbook, ensuring stakeholder approvals are in place

  • Experience in Middle/back Office, Operations or Business Management in financial services

  • Confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Prior exposure to credit or property beneficial; must have the right to work in the UK
