C&C Search is recruiting a highly commercial and operationally focused Paralegal to join a fast-scaling private-markets fund manager in London. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Paralegal with private equity, investment funds or asset management experience to support the business at a pivotal point in its development.

The successful Paralegal will work directly with senior decision-makers, shaping fund and legal operations as the firm scales, with a flexible London-based role offering

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Paralegal within private equity, private markets, investment funds, fund management or asset management.
• Demonstrates strong commercial judgement and ownership mentality.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and drive projects forward independently.
• Experience with private-markets fund launches and related documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the legal and operational requirements for the launch and development of the firm’s second investment fund.
• Assist with investment-fund documentation, corporate matters, transactions and related private-equity activities.
• Coordinate documentation, approvals, records, reporting, and project deadlines; work with external advisers.
