Description: Part-time PRIVATE LOCUM dentist required from 17th March - 14th April for 2 days per week (MONDAY & TUESDAY ONLY) at an INDEPENDENTLY OWNED, well-established and popular dental practice in Newtown, Powys.

• Principal is on annual leave
• NO LAB BILLS
• 3 surgery practice
• Experienced nurse support
• Fully computerised surgeries
• Medit 600 scanner
• Digital x-rays
• Rotary endo
• Practice manager on-site
• Free on-site parking
• Available from Monday, 17th March - Monday, 14th April

Compliance requirements:
• Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
