Job Description:

Montresor Legal is supporting a key law firm client, with one of the top private funds practices in London, on multiple mid-level associate hires.

The team supports major financial sponsors on fund formation and fundraising activities across private equity, growth, venture capital, and credit funds, as well as maintaining a successful GP-led secondaries practice, and to a lesser extent LP investor representation.

The firm is known to provide exposure to some of the top work in the market, while being considerably less punchy culture-wise than some of its sponsor-focused peers. You will be well supported here and led by a highly regarded senior bench. Salary is top of market.
