Job summary

Oplu Limited is recruiting an Executive Chef to lead the culinary operation of a highly confidential private household in the Middle East. You will report to the Operations Manager, leading a brigade of about 20 chefs and stewards across private dining and formal events, with a focus on delivering international cuisine of consistent quality.

This senior appointment requires setting kitchen standards, managing budgets without a fixed supplier list, and upholding strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of progressive culinary experience in senior chef roles.
• Culinary qualification is required.
• Private household, royal household, embassy residence or super-prime estate background is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to sign an NDA prior to details.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations, menu development, and consistency of quality.
• Lead and develop a brigade of approximately 20 chefs and stewards.
• Own budget and food-cost management; no prescribed supplier list.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, HACCP, and hygiene.
• Deliver international cuisine across private dining and formal events.
• Support dietary and nutritional requirements for calorie-controlled dining.
