Hydrogen Group is seeking to place a top-tier US law firm’s London private funds associate at March 2027 NQ level. The role offers exposure to fund formation, fundraising, co-investments and cross-border matters within a globally recognised platform.

Ideal candidates will be a March 2027 qualifier with private funds experience, looking to join an elite US platform and handle sponsor-side mandates from day one.

Qualifications

• Strong private funds experience with UK or cross-border funds
• March 2027 qualifier with relevant private funds experience
• Experience advising sponsor-side mandates and complex fund structures

Responsibilities

• Work on private funds mandates from outset
• Assist in fund formation, fundraising, co-investments and secondaries
• Support cross-border matters within a US platform context
