Our client's Private Funds practice at this top US firm, is highly rated. With over 30 lawyers in the team, the practice attracts work from high profile and well established fund sponsors through to newly emerging clients.

Owing to continued growth the team is looking to recruit a bright 3-5PQE Associate. Working collectively and collaboratively, this individual will be responsible for advising on some the largest and highest value fund formation and structures.
