Position: Private Funds Associate 1-4 PQE

Responsibilities:

1. Provide dedicated support to a major client, acting as the lead associate on daily and ad hoc tasks.
2. Offer international guidance on regulatory matters affecting private funds.
3. Work closely with partners to supervise a team of paralegals.
4. Draft and negotiate legal documents.
5. Collaborate with the Senior Knowledge Lawyer to deliver multi-jurisdictional marketing advice.
6. Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.

The Successful Candidate:

• 1-4 PQE from a leading private funds practice or in-house at a private capital manager.
• Experience focusing on private funds such as private debt, private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, or real assets.
