Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is partnering with a well-established South West law firm to recruit a Locum Private Family Solicitor on a hybrid basis. You will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including divorces, financial settlements, cohabitation and nuptial agreements, and TOLATA matters.

Applicants should be a Qualified Solicitor or CILEx with strong private family experience and confident client advisory skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) with strong private family experience.
• Experience advising clients and managing a varied caseload.
• Advocacy experience would be beneficial.
• Legal Aid experience advantageous but not essential.

LOCUM PRIVATE FAMILY SOLICITOR | SOUTH WEST | HYBRID

Vivid Resourcing is working with a well-established law firm in the South West who are looking to bring in an experienced Private Family Solicitor on a locum basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including:

• Divorce and financial settlements
• Cohabitation agreements
• Pre and post-nuptial agreements
• TOLATA matters (non-contentious)
• Domestic abuse matters

REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx).
• Strong experience handling privately funded family matters.
• Confident advising clients and managing a varied caseload.
• Advocacy experience would be beneficial.
• Legal Aid experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
