Trethowans LLP is seeking an experienced Family Paralegal to join our respected Family Team in the UK. The role offers exposure to high‑quality private family work, including financial and children matters, with opportunities for training, development and career progression.

You will provide essential support to specialist family lawyers, including drafting documents, preparing bundles, and maintaining case records, while liaising with clients and courts in a confidential, client‑centred manner.

Qualifications

• Able to handle pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, counsel and courts.

Responsibilities

• Drafting legal documents, court forms, statements and correspondence.
• Preparing bundles and assisting fee-earners in case management and progression.
• Conducting legal research and maintaining accurate case records.
