Job summary

G2 Legal Limited, a well-established law firm in England, seeks a proactive Family Paralegal to join its busy Family Department. You will support solicitors with a varied caseload, gain exposure to divorce, financial remedy, and children matters, and develop essential skills for a long-term career in family law.

The role emphasises progression, training and long-term development, with mentoring and a supportive environment designed to help you grow alongside experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience within a Family Law department.
• Experience supporting Solicitors on family law matters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Family Solicitors with a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy and private children act proceedings.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, court applications and witness statements.
• Liaise with clients, courts, barristers and third parties; prepare court bundles and maintain files.
