Clayton Legal is seeking an experienced Private Family Solicitor to join our established North Shields team. The role focuses on divorce and financial matters within a varied private family caseload, offering autonomy to manage own matters while supported by a collaborative department.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX with at least 2 years' recent Family Law experience, strong client care, and excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.

Qualificações

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with a minimum of 2 years' recent Family Law experience.
• Strong experience in private family law, particularly divorce and financial matters.
• Ability to manage own caseload from instruction through to conclusion.

Responsabilidades

• Advising clients in relation to divorce and separation.
• Managing the full divorce process from initial instruction through to final order.
• Advising on financial matters arising from divorce and separation.
• Identifying and advising on matrimonial and non-matrimonial assets.
• Dealing with the division of property, savings, investments and other assets.
• Advising on financial disclosure and reviewing complex financial information.
• Negotiating financial settlements and drafting appropriate agreements.
• Advising on consent orders and financial remedy proceedings.
• Representing clients in financial remedy applications where required.
• Liaising with other professionals and authorities as needed.
• Preparing cases for hearings and attending court where appropriate.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the process.
