Qualifications

Job description

Location: Based in Amsterdam with international travel as required
Contract: Full-time, Live-out
Hours: Monday–Friday (office hours), with flexibility required for out-of-hours support
Start Date: ASAP
Driving License: Required

Salary circa €70-80,000 euros per annum +/_ depending on experience

Tiger Private are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and service-oriented Personal Household & Lifestyle Manager to support a private household across Amsterdam and Ibiza, and beyond.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role that blends personal and professional coordination, with a strong emphasis on discretion, initiative, and lifestyle management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain properties in Amsterdam and Ibiza, coordinating with household staff, gardeners, and cleaners
  • Provide complete household management, including care or pet dog (walks, vet visits, general well-being)
  • Liaise with various service providers and vendors
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Handle calendar and logistics management for the principals
  • Provide lifestyle project management and occasional support on business-related matters
  • Research and assist with personal and professional tasks and projects
  • Organise private events and coordinate hospitality when needed
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all day-to-day operational matters
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in private household or lifestyle management
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills; adaptable and proactive
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard environment where no two days are the same
  • University degree or Master’s degree preferred
  • Fluent in English; Dutch and/or Spanish are a strong plus
  • Must be based in the Netherlands and legally permitted to work
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be flexible and comfortable being on-call as needed
