Salary: c. £75,000 DOE

One of our private clients, an UHNW family based in Berkshire, requires a Private Executive Assistant.

Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive diary management involving multiple schedules.
  • Booking and managing a wide range of appointments, events and travel logistics
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Sourcing and documenting gifts.
  • Answering calls, handling correspondence and maintaining clear communications.
  • Collaborating with schools, external contractors and service providers.
Candidate requirements
  • Extensive experience as a Private EA/PA supporting UHNW families is essential.
  • Impeccable communication skills and the highest professional standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • Flexible and willing to assist in all aspects of family life, including hands-on support.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
  • Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car.
